Wired Impact exists because we believe that nonprofit organizations of all types and sizes can use the web to drive their missions forward. Over the years we’ve honed an approach we think produces the best results for the nonprofits we partner with, starting with powerful websites and helpful advice.
Our Values & Commitments
Relationships make good happen.
We believe forming relationships helps us build websites that make good happen. We aim to pair our knowledge of how the web works with an organization’s insights and understandings to make a website that matters.
Knowledge empowers nonprofits.
We believe it’s our job to empower the organizations we work with to use their website to bring more good into the world. We also think we can empower nonprofits we don’t work with by providing helpful content and resources.
The Internet is a tool.
We believe the internet is a tool that can be used to create a lot of good. And we understand that we need to do our part to ensure it’s being used in this way.
Decisions are driven by data.
We believe tangible, measurable results should drive all that we do. By focusing on results, we can identify why we’re doing what we’re doing and how well we’re doing it.
These principles guide our team and the work we do with nonprofit clients every day. In practice, we think they make us pretty different from other companies out there:
We Built a New Approach to Nonprofit Websites
We want to help as many organizations as possible harness the power of effective web design. To do that, we created a WordPress-based website platform that’s geared toward the specific needs of nonprofits—from features and monthly pricing to hands-on support.
We Focus on Nonprofits
We spend all our time thinking and talking about nonprofits. In addition to the website platform, we write about how nonprofits can use the web on our nonprofit marketing blog and help some clients with ongoing marketing needs. Our team debates nonprofit technology all the time (sounds like a lot of fun, right?). We’ve written for a bunch of places, including:
We Believe Your Site Should Do Something
It’s true your website should look good. But it also should allow your nonprofit to actually do more good. It should have a meaningful impact on your organization, such as:
- Boosting fundraising by inspiring website visitors to become donors and helping you maintain relationships with past donors
- Increasing volunteerism by connecting you with new volunteers and easing the process of managing volunteer events
- Raising awareness of your organization by publishing content that resonates with potential supporters and making information easy for them to find
- Serving your community by sharing educational content or offering tools your community members rely on
We believe your site should deliver measurable outcomes tied to your goals as an organization.

We Listen to Your Goals
No two nonprofits need the exact same things. Before getting started with your website, we’ll discuss your goals and needs to make sure our platform is a good fit. We’ll also help you decide on a website structure and pages, as well as provide tips on your website’s content given your organization’s unique mission.
We Care About Your Budget
We know your operations funding is limited. You need to get the most bang for your buck and keep as much money dedicated to serving your community as you can. By offering nonprofit websites at an affordable monthly rate, you don’t have to juggle high upfront costs or wonder how to budget for website expenditures.
