Updates and Priority Support
Unless otherwise indicated, premium licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid license key entitles you to automatic updates through the WordPress admin for purchased extensions and Priority Email Support.
After a year, you can continue using plugins and extensions in their current state, but you will no longer receive updates or Priority Email Support. If you’d like to continue receiving updates or Priority Email Support, you must renew your license.
Around when your license is set to expire, you’ll receive an email notification with renewal information. This email will be sent to the address you used to purchase your extension.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you’re unable to get an extension to work within 30 days of purchase, we’re happy to give you a full refund of your original purchase. Before granting a refund, you must submit a support request and allow us to attempt to fix the problem. We stand behind the quality of our work and will make every attempt to get the extension working in your situation. We will not grant refunds if you simply decide not to use the plugin.
No refunds will be given after more than 30 days from the time of purchase.
After we’ve successfully processed your payment, you’ll receive an email from us with a download link. If you don’t receive an email confirming your purchase, please let us know and we’ll be happy to look into what could be causing the issue.
While we do our best to maximize compatibility, we cannot guarantee our extensions will be compatible with all components of your website. But of course we’ll work with you to ensure compatibility whenever possible.
