Some of the third-party tools you use (like email marketing systems or payment processors) may have fees, but you won’t pay us anything for those.

That’s a big part of why we include a dedicated project manager and 30-minute task requests on every one of our plans. We know stellar technology will only go so far if you don’t have the support you need to confidently use it.

We also include unlimited support for you and your team after your site launches. Hopefully that helps provide peace of mind for as long as we’re partnered up.

Absolutely. Every plan includes premium WordPress hosting, so your site will load quickly and securely for your visitors all over the world. It’s included as part of your plan, so no need to budget for it separately.

Our sites have 99.9% uptime, but in the very rare event there’s an issue with our hosting partner, we’ll take care of it so you don’t have to.

Now we’re much more of a software provider, building innovative website tools nonprofits can use to power their sites.
