Challenge

Hosting workshops and conferences is central to the Institute’s work. But their old site made that coordination difficult, both for guests and staff members.

In the first fiscal year after launch, the Institute saw a 7% increase in total revenue. By the second fiscal year, that grew by 25%, exceeding $9.3 million.

2X conference groups & workshop attenandance

In that same year, the number of conference groups more than doubled, climbing from 98 to 205. And workshop attendance saw even greater growth, rising from 398 to 981 participants — a 146% increase.
