Launching a website creates opportunities to grow your nonprofit’s marketing and communications strategy in new and different ways. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone to rely on for advice?
Your Personalized Advice
Our Marketing Advice program is a way for us to build a partnership with you, addressing problems as they come up or planning ahead for the future. We’re happy to review your work, make recommendations or offer additional ideas based on our years of experience working with nonprofits.
Wondering what types of questions you could ask? Here are just a few examples:
- How would you recommend we get more people to register for events?
- Could you suggest improvements to our email newsletter layout?
- I’m having trouble with Facebook engagement. Should I post more often?
- How could I make our homepage more visually interesting?
- Do you think our logo needs a new design? What would you change?
- Would an organization like mine get any value from Google Ad Grants?
- What are some ways we could promote our new monthly giving option?
- Can you take a look at my marketing plan and provide some feedback?
How the Process Works
If you’re stuck on a project, need feedback, or want us to suggest next steps, turn to Marketing Advice for help.
Send in your question through the simple form in your website’s dashboard. It’s available anytime when you’re logged in.
You’ll receive custom, email-based feedback from Wired Impact’s nonprofit marketing specialists within one business day.
The program is solely focused on giving marketing advice, so we’re not able to create documents, make presentations or provide coding or design services. And more traditional tech support, while included for all clients, is provided separately.
How It Helps
“It is so refreshing to know the Wired Impact team is there if we need them. They respond quickly to any requests, with helpful information and detail. Amazing customer service!”
— Sara Mascio, Castro Valley Educational Foundation
“When you choose Wired Impact you get a nice, professional team with awesome customer service, expertise and a missing piece of your Communications team. Wired Impact helped us tell our story perfectly on the web, they’re easy to work with, and they continue to empower us to manage our website in-house.”
— Amanda Stricklin, St. Vincent de Paul Georgia
“It was very helpful to have a team who had experience working with nonprofits of all sizes, as we knew that feedback and suggestions were grounded in what has and hasn’t worked for others. Also, with the support and management of all the technical elements on the back-end, it allowed us to focus on the element of our website that we knew best: our content.”
— JR Russ, DC Alliance of Youth Advocates
