Getting from Signup to Launch

You handle the pieces only you can, and we handle everything else.

Here’s how we get from signup to launch, typically in just 4 to 6 weeks.

To get started, you’ll sign up for a free trial and upgrade to a paid plan right from your site’s dashboard.

Signing up creates your account and sets everything up behind the scenes, so we can hit the ground running on your project.

Shortly after upgrading, we’ll email you a link to your website questionnaire.

It’s the most streamlined way to share what we need to get started, like background on your work and technical account info. It also helps us pair you with your project manager.

Filling it out keeps us from volleying emails and gets the ball rolling as quickly as possible.

At this point, we assign your dedicated project manager.

They’ll be your go-to person coordinating the build and guiding you all the way through launching your site for the world to see!

You’ll meet with your project manager to share your story: what your organization does, what makes you unique and what your audience cares about most.

These details help us build a website that reflects how special your work is and does your cause justice.

From there, we’ll map out your site structure and get into the most fun part: building your new site!

Our team designs, writes and builds your entire website. You don’t have to draft a page, so your busy schedule won’t become a bottleneck.

While we work, you stay focused on running your organization. We’ll check in if we need anything along the way.

Once your site is ready, you’ll look through every page. Want to tweak some wording or swap a photo? You can easily make changes yourself directly in the site.

Nothing launches until you love your new website and are proud to share it with the world.

We’ll handle all the technical prep, like connecting your third-party tools, setting up redirects from your old site and setting you up with Google Analytics.

Then comes the best part: We launch your new website for the world to see!

Ready to See How This Would Work for You?

Book a call to talk through your work and website needs. We’ll share what’s worked for similar nonprofits and recommend next steps that fit your situation and timeline.

Questions You May Be Asking…

Most new websites launch 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff. The biggest variable is the size and complexity of your site.

Traditional agency projects often stretch 6 or more months, partly because busy nonprofit schedules become the bottleneck. Our process is built differently. We drive the build from start to finish, so the project keeps moving even during your busiest weeks.

You won’t need to migrate anything yourself.

If you have an existing site, we’ll use whatever’s worth keeping as a starting point and leave behind what isn’t. We’ll talk through how well your current content reflects your work today and go from there.

Either way, we’re writing every page fresh. Your new site won’t just be your old content in a new design. It’ll be a better version of your story.

You’ll pay a one-time build fee, plus a monthly fee for whichever plan is right for you. That’s it. No hourly billing, and no surprise invoice every time you want to update a page after launch.

Head over to our Pricing page for a full breakdown of what each plan costs and includes.

Nope! We take security and performance very seriously.

That’s why every site includes regular security and performance updates, plus proactive security, monitoring, an SSL certificate and website backups.

We’re also always working on new features and feature improvements that we make available as we create them.

Our goal is to help your site last longer and stay safe and fast over the years while growing with your nonprofit!

That’s exactly why we built our process this way. Most of the nonprofits we work with are busy, and for many, a new website felt too overwhelming because of it.

Your part is concentrated in a few key moments: mostly at the start, then a final review before launch. In between, our team does the heavy lifting while you stay focused on your work.

Our approach works best for nonprofits who want a professional website without making it their part-time job. If you’d rather spend your time on your mission than on a website project, you’re exactly who we built this for.

The best way to find out for sure is to book a call. We’ll talk through your work and your website needs and give you an honest read on whether we’re the right fit. And if we’re not, we’ll point you in a better direction.

Your project manager will help you connect your new website with your existing tools (as long as it’s an integration we support and integrations are included in your plan).

They’ll also help you figure out the best way for your various tools to work together to save you time and provide your visitors the best experience possible.

Our goal is to provide the best support you’ve ever experienced.

Once you launch, you can send changes you’d like our team to make as 30-minute task requests. We’ll handle those edits for you so you have more time for other things.

You can even use us as bonus members of your marketing team. Use our Marketing Advice program to ask us questions, find tool recommendations and get feedback on your work.
