To allow your website to pass form submission data to your donor management system (also known as a CRM), the two need to be connected. Because hooking everything up correctly is so important, our team is happy to handle the initial setup. Below we’ve listed the steps to provide us access to each donor management system so we can handle the rest:

FEATURE AVAILABILITY

Integration with a donor management system is available for Grow and Amplify plan websites. Change your plan in the Account & Billing section of your website Dashboard.

Bloomerang

To connect your website with Bloomerang, we’ll need access to your account. Follow these steps to send over your credentials:

  • Visit secure.wiredimpact.com. This service allows you to securely share your information with us.
  • Fill out the form. Include your organization name and login credentials in the Message field.
  • If your account requires two-step verification through an email, a text message or a tool like Google Authenticator, note a few times you would be available to give us the code.
  • Click the “Send” button to submit your information. 

It’s worth keeping in mind that if you change your Bloomerang password, the integration with the website will break. If you do change it, it’s no problem. Just send along the new password via secure.wiredimpact.com.

That’s it. We’ll take care of connecting the website to Bloomerang and testing the initial integration.

Salesforce

To connect your website with Salesforce, we’ll need access to your account. Follow these steps to send over your credentials:

  • Visit secure.wiredimpact.com. This service allows you to securely share your information with us.
  • Fill out the form. Include your organization name and login credentials in the Message field.
  • If your account requires two-step verification through an email, a text message or a tool like Google Authenticator, note a few times you would be available to give us the code.
  • Click the “Send” button to submit your information.

That’s it. We’ll take care of connecting the website to Salesforce and testing the initial integration.

Other Donor Management Systems

There are plenty more donor management systems than the ones we listed above. The first step to provide us access to your tool is to determine if it’s possible to add us as a user on your account. You can usually check this by googling “[your company’s name] provide access to another user”. If it’s possible to add us, follow their steps and remember to:

  • Use the email address of your dedicated project manager when asked for the new user’s email address. If you don’t have a dedicated project manager, use info@wiredimpact.com.
  • Use the name of your dedicated project manager if asked for the new user’s first and last name. If you don’t have a dedicated project manager, use “Wired Impact”.
  • Provide us complete control to change account settings or the account’s users. This allows us to hook up the website and invite others on our team to handle technical changes.

For some donor management systems, it’s not possible to provide another user access to your account. If that’s the case, follow these steps:

  • Visit secure.wiredimpact.com. This service allows you to securely share your information with us.
  • Fill out the form. Include your organization name and login credentials in the Message field.
  • If your account requires two-step verification through an email, a text message or a tool like Google Authenticator, note a few times you would be available to give us the code.
  • Click the “Send” button to submit your information.
